500 gms pieces of chicken liver and gizzard
2 onion, chopped finely
1/4 tsp ginger paste
1/4 tsp garlic paste
2 green chillies, slitted
1 tbsp jaggery
Pepper as per taste
Salt as per taste
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp curry powder
1 tomato, chopped finely
Coriander leaves for garnishingMethod:
- Heat oil
- Saute onion, till golden brown
- Add ginger-garlic paste, green chillies
- Saute for a minute
- Add chicken pieces
- Fry till cook, can add little water
- Add tomatoes and cook for another 2-3 minutes
- Add jaggery, lemon juice and curry powder
- Cook till dry
- Garnish with coriander leaves
- Serve hot
