Parsi Dishes

Ingredients

1/2 kg meat, minced
2 onion, chopped finely
1/2 cup tomato pure
2 tbsp salsa sauce
1/4 tbsp Worcester sauce
1/4 tsp ginger paste
1/4 tsp garlic paste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp oil

Method:

  1. Heat oil
  2. Fry onion till golden brown
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste
  4. Saute for 2 minutes
  5. Add meat, stir well
  6. Add all the remaining ingredients mix it well
  7. Pour in baking bowl
  8. Bake it at 350 o for 45 minutes
  9. Serve hot
