8 boneless chicken pieces
Oil for deep frying
2 eggs
1/4 cups bread crumbsMake paste of:
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp corn flour
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 tsp green chilli paste
1 tbsp onion paste
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup coriander leaves, grind to pasteMethod:
- Slit the chicken pieces
- Coat from inside and outside the chicken with the paste
- Keep aside for 4-5 hours
- Heat oil for frying
- Separate the eggs. Beat egg whites till frothy, then blend in egg yolks
- Roll chicken pieces in bread crumbs
- Dip in beaten egg
- Deep fry till golden brown
- Serve hot
