Parsi Dishes

Ingredients

8 boneless chicken pieces
Oil for deep frying
2 eggs
1/4 cups bread crumbs

Make paste of:
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp corn flour
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 tsp green chilli paste
1 tbsp onion paste
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup coriander leaves, grind to paste

Method:

  1. Slit the chicken pieces
  2. Coat from inside and outside the chicken with the paste
  3. Keep aside for 4-5 hours
  4. Heat oil for frying
  5. Separate the eggs. Beat egg whites till frothy, then blend in egg yolks
  6. Roll chicken pieces in bread crumbs
  7. Dip in beaten egg
  8. Deep fry till golden brown
  9. Serve hot
