1 chicken, clean and cut into small pieces
400 gms mustard oil (or seasame oil)
1 cup vinegarGrind together:
8 garlic flakes
1 tsp ginger paste
3 onions
1 tbsp red chilli powder
2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt as per tasteMethod:
- Heat mustard oil in a pan till it smokes
- Fry the chicken pieces till golden brown
- Remove the chicken pieces and keep aside
- Now in the same oil put the grinded paste
- Simmer it for 5 minutes
- Add the chicken pieces
- Fry for 10 minutes
- Cool the spiced chicken pieces
- Add vinegar to it
- Store it a air-tight jar
- Use the pickle after a day
