1 egg yolk
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp plain flour
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tbsp celeryMethod:
- Heat butter in a pan
- Add plain flour and mix it well
- Add vinegar, salt, pepper, and suaggr
- Let it simmer for 5 minutes
- Remove from fire
- Pour egg yolk in vinegar
- Add celery
- Put it on fire
- For for a minutes
- Pour over bean salad, chicken salad and serve
