2 cups prawns
3 cups water
8-9 curry leaves
1/4 cup boiled peas
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
1 onion, chopped finely
1 sprig onion, chopped finely
1/4 cup mint leaves, chopped
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp cumin seeds powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp grated coconut
Salt as per taste
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp oilMethod:
- Bring to boil 3 cups water and curry leaves
- Add prawns and boil for 5 mins.
- Remove from fire and drain
- Cool
- Mix all the ingredients in bowl except oil, vinegar and lime juice
- Pour over salad vinegar, then oil and finally lime juice
- Toss it well
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour
- Serve
