4-5 potatoes, boiled and peeled
2 hard boiled eggs, peeled
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped red onions
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
Salt as per tasteMethod:
- Chop the potatoes (approx 1" pieces)
- Coarsely chop eggs
- In a bowl mix mayonnaise, onion, celery, vinegar, salt and sesame seeds
- Add chopped potatoes and eggs
- Toss it well
- Chill for 1 hour and then serve
