5 potatoes, boiled, peeled, diced
2 hard boiled eggs, peeled, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
2 small onion, sliced
12 black olives, sliced
1/2 cup canned tuna, drained and chopped
4 tomatoes, quartered
1 cup Italian Dressing (use olive oil instead of chicken stock)Method:
- Mix potatoes, tomatoes and cucumber
- Pour 1/2 cup dressing over it
- Refrigerate for 1 hour
- Layer potatoes in a salad dish
- Top it with sliced eggs
- Then with small tuna pieces
- Garnish with olives
- Pour the remaining dressing
- Toss a bit and serve
