12 prawns
1 tomato, chopped finely
2 tbsp finely chopped parsleyMix together for Dressing:
2 tbsp finely chopped lemon grass
3 tsp fish sauce
5 green chillies, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp crushed mint leaves
1 small raw mango, chopped finely
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt as per tasteMethod:
- Refrigerate the dressing for 1 hour
- Clean and devein prawn
- Slit them keeping intact
- Boil in hot water till cooked
- Drain and keep aside till cool
- In a salad dish mix prawn and tomato
- Pour the dressing over it
- Toss the salad
- Garnish with parsley leaves before serving
