1 cup boiled crab meat
1/2 cup raw rice
6-7 strands of saffron
2 green chillies, chopped finely
1/4 cup chopped spring onion
1/4 cup chopped and boiled carrots
1/4 cup diced and boiled zucchini
2 tbsp cup chopped capsicum
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp cummin seeds powder
2 tsp chaat masala (curry powder)
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
1 cup french dressing
2 hard boiled, sliced for garnishingMethod:
- Soak rice for 1/2 hour
- Cook it by adding saffron strands in it
- Cool it by separating the grains
- Add chaat masala in the dressing keep aside
- Mix all the ingredients except dressing and eggs
- Add the dressing and toss it
- Arrange the egg slices on the sides of the dish
- Serve cold (refrigerate atleast for 1/2 hour)
