2 cup salad olives
1 cup greek olives
2 carrots, thinly stripped
10 slices of salami
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup italian dressing
2 cup shredded red lettuce leavesMethod:
- Spread the lettuce leaves in a dish
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients except cheese and dressing
- Pour the mixture over lettuce leaves
- Pour the dressing and toss it lightly
- Garnish with cheese
- Serve immediately
