2 cups small shrimp, drained and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp cummin seeds powder
Salt as per taste
1/2 cup italian dressingMix together:
1 green chilli, chopped finely
1/4 cup boiled peas
1/4 cup peeled and chopped cucumber
2 cups shredded lettuce
1/2 shredded carrots
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
2 tomatoes, chopped finely
1/4 cup chopped spring onion
1/4 cup chopped raw mangoMethod:
- Marinate shrimp with lemon juice and pepper powder
- Keep aside for 1/2 hour
- Heat oil in a pan
- Saute shrimp in oil till they turn pink
- Drain and keep aside
- In a bowl put the mixed ingredients
- Add cummin seeds and cooked shrimps
- Toss it to mix it well
- Before serving , top it with Italian dressing
