1 cup cooked turkey meat
1/4 cup seedless grapes
1 cup apples, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup orange, peeled and sectioned
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 tbsp chopped celery
2 tbsp copped spring onion
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
2 tbsp roasted almondsFor Dressing:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp honey
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp pepper powder
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
2 tbsp lemon juiceMethod:
- Mix together all the ingredients of dressing
- Keep aside
- In a bowl mix all the other ingredients except orange and almonds
- Pour the dressing and toss it well
- Garnish with oranges and almonds
- Chill for atleast 2 hours before serving
