From Shireen DasIngredients
1 cup macaroni pasta
1-1/2 cup pineapple pieces (approx 1/2")
2 cups cooked chicken pieces (approx 1/2")
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp white pepper powder
1/8 tsp oregano powder
1/2 cup roasted nutsMethod:
- Cook marconi till soft in boil water
- Drain and keep aside
- Mix mayonnaise, vinegar, oregano, pepper and lemon juice
- In a bowl mix pasta, chicken and pineapple pieces
- Add celery and coriander leaves
- Pour mayonnaise mixture over it
- Toss it well
- Garnish with nuts before serving
