Taco Salad

Ingredients

2 cups minced meat
1 packet corn chips (dorrito chips)
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 cup cooked rajma (red kidney beans)
1 capsicum, chopped finely
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp pepper powder
3 cups lettuce torn pieces

For dressing:
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 cup salsa sauce

For Garnishing:
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1 cup shredded cheese

Method:

  1. Marinate the meat with lemon
  2. Keep aside for 15 mins Brown the ground meat in a skillet
  3. Cool
  4. In a bowl mix all the ingredients of salad except lettuce
  5. Spread lettuce leaves in a dish
  6. Pour the mixture over it Pour the dressing
  7. Toss it lighlty
  8. Garnish with cheese and then spread the olive slices
  9. Serve with sour cream
