From Shireen DasIngredients
2 cups minced meat
1 packet corn chips (dorrito chips)
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 cup cooked rajma (red kidney beans)
1 capsicum, chopped finely
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp pepper powder
3 cups lettuce torn piecesFor dressing:
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 cup salsa sauceFor Garnishing:
1/4 cup sliced black olives
1 cup shredded cheeseMethod:
- Marinate the meat with lemon
- Keep aside for 15 mins
Brown the ground meat in a skillet - Cool
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients of salad except lettuce
- Spread lettuce leaves in a dish
- Pour the mixture over it
Pour the dressing - Toss it lighlty
- Garnish with cheese and then spread the olive slices
- Serve with sour cream
