2 cups cauliflower florets, blanched
1 cup broccoli florets, blanched
3 hardboiled eggs, quartered
1 spring onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped celery
few spinach leaves, torn into pieces
2 tbsp vinegar
1-1/2 cup boiled cream dressingMethod:
- Mix vinegar in dressing
- Mix together cauliflower, broccoli, eggs and spring onion
- Pour the dressing
- Toss it well
- Spread spinach leaves in a dish
- Pour the salad
- Before serving garnish with celery
