From Shireen DasIngredients
2 cups cooked fish fillets
1/2 cup halved black grapes
1/2 cup diced olives
Salt as per taste
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/8 tsp pepper powder
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 tbsp olive oilMethod:
- Mix well vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil
- Add it to mayonnaise, blend it well
- Mix all the ingredients except grapes and olives
- Pour mayonnaise, and mix well
- Garnish with grapes and olives
- Serve with sour cream
