From Shireen DasIngredients
3 cups torn lettuce leaves
2 cups torn spinach leaves
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped spring onion
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup grated hard boiled eggs
3/4 cup Winter Dressing
1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds or peanuts)Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a jar, leaving aside 1/4 cup dressing and nuts
- Refrigerate for 3 hours
- Remove and pour the remaining dressing
- Garnish with nuts before serving
