From Shireen DasIngredients
3 cups cooked crab meat
2 cups torn lettuce leaves
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juiceDressing:
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 onion, finely chopped
1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp mustard
Salt as per taste
1/8 tsp pepper powderMethod:
- Mix all the ingredients of dressings in a jar
- Shake it well
- Chill it
- Chill the crab meat
- Before serving, place torn lettuce in a dish
- Mix vinegar and lemon juice
- Pour it over lettuce
- In a bowl mix crab meat and dressing
- Spread coated crab meat over lettuce
- Serve with bread toast
