Cocktail Salad

Ingredients

3 cups cooked crab meat
2 cups torn lettuce leaves
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice

Dressing:
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 onion, finely chopped
1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp mustard
Salt as per taste
1/8 tsp pepper powder

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients of dressings in a jar
  2. Shake it well
  3. Chill it
  4. Chill the crab meat
  5. Before serving, place torn lettuce in a dish
  6. Mix vinegar and lemon juice
  7. Pour it over lettuce
  8. In a bowl mix crab meat and dressing
  9. Spread coated crab meat over lettuce
  10. Serve with bread toast
