From Shireen DasIngredients
2 cups boiling fish stock
2 tbsp gelatin
2 cups boiled tuna
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
1/4 cup boiled peas
1 cup grated carrots
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp pepper powder
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup creamMethod:
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling stock
- Add lemon juice, salt and pepper
- Allow it to cool
- Mix together mayonnaise, cream, onion powder and celery
- Add tuna to it, and mix well
- In the cooled , add capsicum, peas and carrots
- Pour 1/4 of gelatin in the mold
- Put tuna mixture in the center of the spread gelatin
- Pour the remaining gelatin over it
- Chill untill firm
- Unmold the salad in the dish
- Garnish with desired chopped vegetables
