From Shireen DasIngredients
2 tbsp gelatin
Mix together:
4 cups tomato juice
1/4 tsp crushed ginger
1/4 tsp garlic paste
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp chilli sauce
1/2 tsp cummin seed powder
Salt as per tasteMake a mixture of:
1 cup finely chopped boiled eggs
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp vinegarMethod:
- Add 2 tbsp gelatin in 1/2 cup tomato juice
- Bring to boil remaining 3-1/2 cups tomato juice
- Add the dissolved gelatin in boiling juice
- Add the remaining mixed ingredients
- Stir well
- Let it boil for 2 min
- Remove from fire
- Pour in a mold
- Let it get set, refrigerate for 10 hours
- Unmold and serve
