3 cups shrimps, deveined
1 medium tender green cabbage shredded
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
1/2 cup chopped spring onion
1 stick celery choppedFor Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp onion powder
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp crushed mustardMethod:
- Boil the shrimps
- Chop the shrimps
- Mix all the ingredients of the salad, keep aside
- Mix all the ingredients of dressing
- Toss the salad with dressing
- Chill for 7-8 hours, before serving
