From Shireen DasIngredients
3 cups cooked mutton pieces
1 cup peas
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup small cauliflower florets
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp gelatin
3 cups water
1 hard boiled eggs, choppedFor Garnishing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cucumber slices
1/2 cup chopped celeryMethod:
- Boil peas, carrots and cauliflower in water
- Drain and keep the stock aside
- Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup stock
- Bring 1-1/4 cup stock to boil
- Add gelatin mixed stock into it
- Remove fro fire
- Pout little gelatin in mold to cover the base
- Spread peas and cauliflower on the gelatin
- Mix together meat, carrots, salt, pepper and eggs
- Add remaining gelatin to it
- Pour the gelatin mixture over peas layer
- Set till the mold is firm
- Unmold before serving
- Garnish with mayonnaise, cucumber and celery
