Salads
Boat Salad

Ingredients

4 hard boiled eggs, peeled
2 cup boiled peas, smashed
1/4 cup chopped french beans, boiled and smashed
1/2 cup shredded carrots
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1 cup mayonnaise

Method:

  1. Halve the eggs
  2. Scrape the yolk, keeping the egg in boat shaped
  3. Mix peas and french beans, salt and pepper
  4. Fill the egg halves with peas mixture
  5. Mix in a bowl egg yolk and mayonnaise, beat well
  6. Spread over peas on each egg halves
  7. Garnish with carrots
