4 hard boiled eggs, peeled
2 cup boiled peas, smashed
1/4 cup chopped french beans, boiled and smashed
1/2 cup shredded carrots
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp white pepper powder
1 cup mayonnaiseMethod:
- Halve the eggs
- Scrape the yolk, keeping the egg in boat shaped
- Mix peas and french beans, salt and pepper
- Fill the egg halves with peas mixture
- Mix in a bowl egg yolk and mayonnaise, beat well
- Spread over peas on each egg halves
- Garnish with carrots
