From Shireen DasIngredients
4 potatoes, peeled and boiled
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 tsp mustard
Salt as per taste
2 cups Boiled cream dressingMethod:
- Mash the potatoes
- Mix eggs, mustard and salt
- Chill for 1 hour
- Add the dressing and coat it well
- Serve with toast
