1/2 cup sour cream
1 egg, hard boiled, peeled
2 tbsp coconut powder
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 sprig spring onion, chopped finely
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper powderMethod:
- Mash the egg yolk
- Add pepper, salt, sugar, and pepper powder
- Add sour cream
- Mix it well by pouring lemon juice slowly
- Add coconut powder, spring onion and parsley
- Chill for 1/2 hour and then it is ready to serve
Variation:
- Instead of lemon juice, can use vinegar
- Instead of sour cream, can use thick yoghurt
- Can also add 1/4 tsp dry mustard=20
