1 cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp fish sauce
1/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 Eggs
1 spring onion, chopped finelyMethod:
Variation:
- Beat egg
- Add all the ingredients except oil and mix it well
- Add oil slowly and whisk till smooth and creamy
- Instead of lemon juice can add white wine vinegar
- Can omit parsley or spring onion from the recipe
- Is mainly used for cold salad or lettuce salad
