1 cup meat, cooked and chopped finely
16 small mushroom, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic paste
2 onions, sliced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup thick curd (optional - sour cream)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tbsp butter
8 slices of breads, butteredMethod:
- Heat butter in a pan
- Saute mushrooms and garlic for 5 minutes
- Drain and Cool
- Add meat, mayonnaise, curd, pepper to mushroom
- Mix it well
- Make 4 parts of the mixture
- Put on the 4 slices of bread
- Layer it with onion slices
- Cover with remaining slices of bread
- Cut the sandwiches diagonally
- Serve with tomato sauce and wafers
