4 slices bread
1/2 chopped liver
1 onion, sliced
4 tbsp cheese powder
1 tsp garlic paste
1/4 tsp ginger paste
2 red chilli
2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt as per taste
2 tbsp oil
3 tbsp chopped coriander leavesMethod:
- Make a paste of ginger-garlic-red chilli- salt
- Heat oil in a pan
- Fry onions till brown
- Add grounded paste into it
- Simmer for 2 mins.
- Add chopped liver and fry for 5 mins.
- Add little water and let liver cook
- When cooked dry all the water
- make the paste of liver
- Add garam masala, chopped coriander leaves
- Spread evenly on bread slices
- Garnish with cheese
- Bake it at 350o F for 10 mins.
- Serve hot with ketchup and shredded lettuce leaves
