Open Faced Liver Sandwich

Ingredients

4 slices bread
1/2 chopped liver
1 onion, sliced
4 tbsp cheese powder
1 tsp garlic paste
1/4 tsp ginger paste
2 red chilli
2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt as per taste
2 tbsp oil
3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Make a paste of ginger-garlic-red chilli- salt
  2. Heat oil in a pan
  3. Fry onions till brown
  4. Add grounded paste into it
  5. Simmer for 2 mins.
  6. Add chopped liver and fry for 5 mins.
  7. Add little water and let liver cook
  8. When cooked dry all the water
  9. make the paste of liver
  10. Add garam masala, chopped coriander leaves
  11. Spread evenly on bread slices
  12. Garnish with cheese
  13. Bake it at 350o F for 10 mins.
  14. Serve hot with ketchup and shredded lettuce leaves
