2 tomatoes, slices 1 cup spinach, chopped 1 hard boiled eggs, sliced 8 thin slices of cucumber 1/4 cup mayonnaise 3 lettuce leaves 3 round buns, halved and buttered 1 tbsp butter 1 cup lean lamb mince, cooked 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/2 tsp garlic paste 1/4 tsp ginger paste 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves 1 green chilli. chopped finely 1 tsp soy sauce 1/4 tsp cumin seeds powder 1/4 tsp pepper powder Salt as per taste Method:
- Heat butter in a pan
- Fry onion till transparent
- Add ginger-garlic paste
- Add lamb mince and simmer for 5 min
- Add chilli, cumin powder, salt
- Add coriander leaves and soy sauce
- Cook for another 5 min
- Remove from fire. Make 3 parts of meat
Proceed to make sandwich:
- On 3 halves of bun put lettuce leaves
- Put meat parts on it
- Top with egg slices
- Top with tomato and cucumber slices
- Put the chopped spinach over it
- Mix pepper powder with mayonnaise
- On the remaining halves of buns apply mayonnaise on the inner side
- Put these halves on the stuffed halves
- Bake it for 10 min in moderate oven at 450 oF
- Serve with french fries
Serve with ketchup
