Sandwiches
Grilled Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients

8 slices bread, (pref.round)
1 can tuna
1 onion, sliced
1/4 cup cerely
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
4 Cheese slices

Method:

  1. Drain the tuna and chop into pieces
  2. In a bowl mix tuna pieces, salt, pepper and celery
  3. Mix well
  4. Make 4 parts of it

On each bread slice (repeat for 4 slices):

  1. Top it with onion slices
  2. Then 1 part of tuna mixture evenly (for each bread)
  3. Place the cheese slice over it
  4. Finally cover with other slice (out of the remaining 4)
  5. Apply butter on the top of the slice
  6. Grill the sandwich in sandwich griller till golden brown
  7. Serve with tomato sauce and wafers
