1 long french bread
1 lettuce leaf
1 small tomato, sliced thinly
4-5 cucumber slices
1 small onion, sliced
1/2 cup smoked salmon, thinly sliced
1/4 cup mayonnaise (of your flavour)Method:
- Warm the bread in a oven
- Slice it lengthwise
- Spread mayonnaise on both the sides
- Put the lettuce leaf on one slice
- Layer with cucumber, tomato, onion slices and smoked salmon
- Close the slice with the other slice
- Warm the sandwich for 2-3 minutes in oven again
- Slice the sandwich half
- Serve with wafers
