Sandwiches
Smoked Salmon Sandwich

Ingredients

1 long french bread
1 lettuce leaf
1 small tomato, sliced thinly
4-5 cucumber slices
1 small onion, sliced
1/2 cup smoked salmon, thinly sliced
1/4 cup mayonnaise (of your flavour)

Method:

  1. Warm the bread in a oven
  2. Slice it lengthwise
  3. Spread mayonnaise on both the sides
  4. Put the lettuce leaf on one slice
  5. Layer with cucumber, tomato, onion slices and smoked salmon
  6. Close the slice with the other slice
  7. Warm the sandwich for 2-3 minutes in oven again
  8. Slice the sandwich half
  9. Serve with wafers
