1 cup chicken pieces, aprox 1/4"
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
1/4 cup chopped french beans
1/4 tsp black pepper
Salt as per taste
1 cup grated cheese
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 green chillies, chopped finely
1 garlic crushed
4 corn tortillas (6" in diameter)
1 tbsp butter
4 tsp salsa sauce
2 tbsp oilMethod:
- Heat a pan with 1 tbsp butter
- Add chicken pieces and cook till light brown, stirring continuously
- Add onion, capsicum, french beans
- Add pepper, salt, chilli powder and garlic
- Cook chicken till brown
- Remove from fire
- Cut the tortillas into halves
- Spread the mixture evenly on four parts
- Top it with salsa sauce (1tsp each on each tortilla)
- Finally garnish with grated cheese in 4 equal parts
- Cover it with remaining tortilla halves
- Heat a skillet with 2 tbsp oil
- Put the tortilla sandwich on it
- Let it shallow fry till golden brown
- Turn and let the other side also becomes golden and cheese is melted
- Serve with your choice of dip
