500 gms boneless chicken meat, small pieces
250 gms mushrooms
250 gms egg noodles
1 onion, sliced
1/4 cup boiled peas
1 tbsp oil
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 cup finely chopped spring onion
1 capsicum diced
1 tsp castor sugarSeasoning:
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1/4 tsp pepper powder
Salt as per tasteMethod:
- Boil noodles in boiling water will cooked
- Drain and run under cold water
- Keep aside
- Marinate the chicken with the seasoning
- Keep aside for 10 mins.
- Heat oil in a pan
- Simmer chicken pieces till brown
- Add onion, spring onion, and mushrooms
- Cook for 10 mins. more
- Add peas, celery and capsicum
- Stir fry for 2 mins.
- Add noodles and sugar
- Cook for 8-10 mins.
- Serve hot
