20 large shrimp
1-3/4 cups bread crumbs
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
Salt as per taste
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 cup crushed cornflakesFor Garnishing:
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup bread crumbsMethod:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Clean and devein the shrimps
- Give slit to each shrimp keeping the base intact
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients except shrimps, untill firm
- Stuff the mixture in the split shrimp
- Place in the greased baking dish
- Top the shrimps with melted butter and bread crumbs (of Garnishing)
- Bake shrimp for about 10 minutes on 350 degrees or until pink.
- Serve with and dipping of your choice
