Simple Dishes
Baked Shrimps

Ingredients

20 large shrimp
1-3/4 cups bread crumbs
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
Salt as per taste
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 cup crushed cornflakes

For Garnishing:
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup bread crumbs

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Clean and devein the shrimps
  3. Give slit to each shrimp keeping the base intact
  4. In a bowl mix all the ingredients except shrimps, untill firm
  5. Stuff the mixture in the split shrimp
  6. Place in the greased baking dish
  7. Top the shrimps with melted butter and bread crumbs (of Garnishing)
  8. Bake shrimp for about 10 minutes on 350 degrees or until pink.
  9. Serve with and dipping of your choice
