Simple Dishes
Crispy Fried Fish

Ingredients

1/2 kg fresh fish fillets
1 egg white, beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp melted butter
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp pepper powder

Method:

  1. Preheat oven at 350 degree Celsius
  2. Mix in egg, salt and pepper
  3. Dip the fillets in egg
  4. Roll it in bread crumbs
  5. Place it in greased baking dish in single layer
  6. Pour the melted butter over fillets
  7. Bake for 10 mins (for every 1/2" thickness) till fish flakes easily when tested with fork

Making Time: 15-20 mins.
