1 cup frozen crabmeat
1 cup shrimps, peeled and deveined
1/2 kg firm fish, cut into 1/2" pieces
2 carrots, sliced
3 tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 green chillies, chopped
1 cup dry white wine
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp pepper powder
Salt as per taste
3 tbsp oilMethod:
- Heat oil in a skillet
- Put onion, capsicum, carrots, garlic and celery
- Cook till onions are transparent
- Add tomatoes and green chillies
- Stir well for 1 mins.
- Add white wine, chicken broth, salt, pepper
- Bring to boil
- Reduce flame, and let it simmer fro 10-15 mins, till vegetables are tender
- Add shrimp, fish and crabmeat
- Cook untill fish is opaque, occasionally stirring carefully, approx 5-7 mins.
- Put oregano and mix
- Serve hot
