1/2 kg potato, peeled and chopped into 1/2" pieces
1/4 cup peas
1/4 cup chopped french beans
1/4 cup chopped cauliflower
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup shredded meat
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups water
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp pepper powder
2 tsp oilMethod:
- In a saucepan, mix peas, french beans, carrots and cauliflower
- Add 2 cups water and boil the vegetables, till tender
- Drain the water and keep aside the stock and vegetables
- Make the vegetable stock to 1 cup adding plain water if needed
- Heat oil in saucepan
- Stir onion, and fry till golden brown
- Add potatoes, salt, broth and stock
- Bring to boil
- Cook covered for approx 10 mins. till potatoes are tender
- Add meat and cooked vegetables
- Mix well, and cook for 7-8 mins.
- Garnish with pepper powder
- Serve hot
