1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup shredded mushroom
1/4 cup finely chopped french beans
3/4 cup cooked, chopped chicken pieces
1-1/2 cup boiled egg noodles
1 tbsp chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
Pepper as per taste
Salt as per taste
6 cups chicken stockMethod
- Boil the chicken stock
- Add all the ingredients except chicken and noodles
- Bring it to boil
- Add chicken and noodles
- Cook it for another 10 mins
- Serve hot
