6 slices - Surmai/ pomfret fish
4 cups water
5-6 cloves garlic roughly pounded
1 tsp soya sauce
1 very flat spoon of sugar
1/2 tsp pepper powder
salt to taste
1/2 cup shredded cabbageMethod:
- Put all the ingredients in a vessel
- Bring to a boil.
- Simmer for about 7 mins or more. Make sure fish is cooked.
- Serve hot.
