South Indian Dishes
Chicken Kababs

Ingredients

1/4kg boneless chicken
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp chilli powder
Less than 1 tsp salt
Pinch of food colour
1/2 tsp garam masala
Few drops of vinegar
2 tsp corn flour
1 tsp chilli sauce
1tsp tomato sauce
Oil for deep frying

Method

  1. Clean the chicken.
  2. Add all ingredients to it.
  3. Keep it in the fridge for few seconds.
  4. Then deep fry it.
  5. You can serve this with rice or with biryani
