4 Fish pieces
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Pepper powder
1 tsp Chilli powder
2 tsp Corn flour
1 tsp Garlic-Ginger paste
Pinch of Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
Oil for deep fryMethod
- Clean the fish.
- Make the paste of all ingredients.
- If you need add water to it.
- Apply the paste to the fish.
- Keep it in the fridge for few minutes.
- Finally deep fry it and serve hot.
