Spicy Fish Fry

Ingredients

  4 Fish pieces
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Pepper powder
1 tsp Chilli powder
2 tsp Corn flour
1 tsp Garlic-Ginger paste
Pinch of Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
Oil for deep fry

 Method

  1. Clean the fish.
  2. Make the paste of all ingredients.
  3. If you need add water to it.
  4. Apply the paste to the fish.
  5. Keep it in the fridge for few minutes.
  6. Finally deep fry it and serve hot.
