South Indian Dishes
Chicken Fry

Ingredients

  1/2 kg Chicken
2 tsp Garlic-Ginger paste
1 Onion
1 Tomato
2 tsp Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Dhania powder 
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Garam masala
4-5 stems of Coriander
4 tsp Oil

Method

  1. Make the paste of onion, garlic, ginger and tomato.
  2. Take oil in a pan add the paste fry it in simmer.
  3. Then add chicken and fry it at least 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Add chilly powder, dhania powder, salt, garam masala and coriander.
  5. When chicken leaves oil turn off the stove.
