1/2 kg Chicken
2 tsp Garlic-Ginger paste
1 Onion
1 Tomato
2 tsp Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Dhania powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Garam masala
4-5 stems of Coriander
4 tsp OilMethod
- Make the paste of onion, garlic, ginger and tomato.
- Take oil in a pan add the paste fry it in simmer.
- Then add chicken and fry it at least 15 to 20 minutes.
- Add chilly powder, dhania powder, salt, garam masala and coriander.
- When chicken leaves oil turn off the stove.
