10 Fish slices
1 tsp Turmeric powder
11/2 tsp Red chilli powder
1/4 tsp Tamarind paste
5 tsp Oil
Salt to tasteMethod:
- In a large bowl add turmeric powder, chillipowder, tamarind paste and salt and form a paste.
- Apply this paste on the fish evenly.
- Set them aside.
- Let the paste coated fish marinate for 2 hours.
- In a heated tava add 3 tsp of oil and fry the fish util it turns golden brown.
