Fish Fry

 Ingredients

10 Fish slices
1 tsp Turmeric powder
11/2 tsp Red chilli powder
1/4 tsp Tamarind paste
5 tsp Oil
Salt to taste

Method:

  1. In a large bowl add turmeric powder, chillipowder, tamarind paste and salt and form a paste.
  2. Apply this paste on the fish evenly.
  3. Set them aside.
  4. Let the paste coated fish marinate for 2 hours.
  5. In a heated tava add 3 tsp of oil and fry the fish util it turns golden brown.
