6 Chicken pieces (medium-size)
1 tsp Turmeric powder
11/4 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Lemon juice
1/4 tsp Kesari powder
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
- Add the chicken, lemon juice, kesari powder, chillipowder, turmeric powder and salt in a bowl
- Marinate for 2 hours.
- Heat Oil in a deep fry pan.
- Fry the chicken pieces few at a time in a low flame until the chicken turns reddish brown in color.
