Chicken Stew

Ingredients

1 boneless skinless chicken breast, chopped
2 onion, sliced
1 tomato, chopped finely
1 potato, chopped
1 sweet potato, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 garlic flake, grounded
1/2" ginger, grounded
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 tsp oregano powder
1 cup chicken broth
Salt as per taste
black pepper powder as per taste
Corriander leaves chopped

Method:

  1. Take in a pan 1/2 the broth and put chicken pieces
  2. Simmer it for 10 minutes
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste, onion, celery and simmer for 5 minutes
  4. Add tomatoes, potatoes, carrot, sweet potato, oregano, salt and pepper powder and simmer for 2 minutes
  5. Add remaining broth
  6. Let it cook till chicken and vegetables are cooked on slow flame
  7. Garnish with corriander leaves
  8. Serve hot
