500 gm. (1 lb) chicken fillets
4 cloves garlic
10 green beans
20 fresh basil leaves
3 tb. oil
1 tsp. chilli paste
3 tbsp. fish sauce or salt to taste
2 tbsp. sugarMethod
- Slice chicken, chop garlic, cut beans into 1 c.m. long pieces, chop basil leaves.
- Heat oil in a wok or a pan, add garlic and roast for a minute.
- Add chilli paste and roast.
- Add chicken and stir-fry for two minutes.
- Add fish sauce or salt, sugar and beans and continue to stir-fry.
- Reduce heat and add the basil leaves.
