Ingredients

  • 1 cup - besan flour
  • 1 cup - Ghee
  • 1 cup - Coconut Powder
  • 3 cups - Sugar
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • How to Make 7 Cups Burfi:

    1. Mix besan flour, ghee, coconut powder, sugar, milk to make a batter. Pour everything in heavy kadai.
    2. Put in low flame for 20 minutes approximately keep stirring till the mixture leaves the sides of the vessel.
    3. Remove from fire, and pour on greased tray.
    4. After few minutes when it is warm cut it into small pieces.
