Ingredients

  • 3 large raw mangoes, peeled, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - Raisins
  • 1 cup - Vinegar
  • 2 cups - Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - roasted Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Onion seeds (kalonji)
  • How to Make Aam ki lanji chutney:

    1. Heat vinegar and sugar.
    2. Add mangoes and raisins.
    3. Cook and add all spices.
    4. Cook till thick and shiny.
    5. Cool and serve.
