Ingredients

  • 250 g - baby Potatoes
  • 50 g - mustard dal
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Amchoor powder
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Mustard oil
  • Salt as per taste
  • How to Make Achaari Aloo:

    1. Boil the potatoes, peel and cut.
    2. Heat mustard oil in a pan and when it smokes, remove from heat.
    3. Add the potatoes and all the spices. Mix well.
    4. Achaari aloo is ready.
